It has brought a whole new understanding to life and my daily thoughts and feelings about work, relationships, the future etc. It has had a definite impact on my well-being and has helped me to keep focussed and prioritise more effectively in what is a uniquely challenging time amidst a global pandemic! It has significantly reduced my stress levels and improved my confidence in myself and my ability to get myself through challenging times.
