  • Qualitative 360s

    For internal applications, a qualitative 360 requires short interviews with 6-8 key stakeholders to gather feedback on personal style, impact, and leadership. This is summarised in a high-level report containing key strengths, possible risks, and suggested interview questions.

  • Development Centres

    With over 15 years experience in ths field and a team of highly qualified psychologists, we can provide Development Centres using the most current methodologies, e.g. Task-based DCs. These give the organisation robust data for succession plans whilst giving a highly developmental experience to the participants.

  • Interviewing

    We can run interviews for you or with you to ensure an objective and fair process. We can even run interview skills training for your team to help them eliminate biases and gain the critical information to make robust decisions.

  • Behavioural assessment

    We can run behavioural assessments with you or for you to gain crucial insights into leaders’ skill levels. Often people are given leadership roles without any training or experience. This assessment can provide interview data and a development opportunity. We can also train your team to run these assessments. It is an extremely useful management skill and can help managers to performance manage and coach more effectively.
