Decision-making slows down
Collaboration becomes harder
Confidence drops
Performance suffers
Their thinking becomes clearer
Their reactions become less automatic
Their decisions become simpler
Their performance improves naturally
Business Reimagined was founded by Kay Tear, a business psychologist, author and leadership specialist.
Kay began her career in consulting, working with global organisations on leadership, transformation and continuous improvement.
Like many in the industry, she was trained in best practice — frameworks, models and structured approaches to performance.
And she saw success.
But over time, a pattern became clear.
The more complex and pressured the environment,
the less these approaches seemed to help.
Not because they were wrong —
but because people were overwhelmed.
When Kay discovered the inside-out understanding of how the mind works, it transformed not only her own performance, but how she supported others.
Business Reimagined was created to bring this insight into organisations — in a way that is practical, scalable and deeply impactful.

“Kay brought a rare combination of emotional intelligence, commercial understanding, and strategic rigour…The impact has been significant. Over the past year we’ve welcomed new clients, reshaped parts of our team structure, and introduced a new bonus framework to encourage ownership and collective success.”
Working with Kay and Business Reimagined came at an important moment in Miai’s journey. After a period of rapid growth, we were navigating the challenges that come with scaling a creative agency - stabilising the business, strengthening our leadership team, and adapting to a changing market. Kay’s Peak Performance Programme, delivered through four months of 1:1 coaching and senior leadership team sessions, gave us the clarity and structure we needed at exactly the right time.
From the outset, Kay brought a rare combination of emotional intelligence, commercial understanding, and strategic rigour. Through an in-depth interview phase with the team, she helped surface cultural and structural dynamics that were holding us back and created a space for honest conversations about how we wanted to grow as a business.
The impact has been significant. Over the past year we’ve welcomed new clients, reshaped parts of our team structure, and introduced a new bonus framework designed to encourage ownership and collective success. More importantly, the leadership team at Miai now operates with stronger alignment, clearer communication, and greater confidence in our direction.
Kay’s work has had a lasting influence on how we lead the agency and how we support our people as we continue to grow. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any organisation looking to unlock the next stage of its development. We’re delighted to be continuing the journey with her this year and building on the progress we’ve made together.
